Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy explains what personal data the Pomodoro Ristorante Italiano Pizzeria website collects, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Pomodoro [TBD: legal entity name], Akti Aristoteli Onasi 35, Nydri 310 84, Lefkada, Greece. Phone: +30 26450 93077. Email: pomodoronidri@yahoo.gr.
2. Booking requests
When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: name, phone number, email (optional), date, time, number of guests and any notes. We use them only to handle your reservation and contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before a contract).
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your request to our email. We keep booking requests only as long as needed to handle your reservation, and no longer than [TBD: retention period].
3. Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site sets a single functional cookie:
- mtv_favourites — remembers the dishes you mark as favourites on our menu pages. First-party, contains no personal data, expires after 1 year.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the menu favourites will simply not be remembered.
4. Hosting and external links
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as your IP address in its server logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Links to Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Google Maps open those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
